ENCHILADAS WITH HAKO BEEF PROSCIUTTO

Ingredients:

1 pack Hako Beef Prosciutto, chopped

½ cup shredded mozzarella

4–5 tortillas

1 cup marinara sauce

½ cup extra shredded cheese for topping

Optional: fresh pesto for garnish

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Mix chopped Hako Beef Prosciutto with shredded mozzarella.

Step 3

Cover with marinara and extra cheese.

Step 4
