HOT DOG BÁNH MÌ

Ingredients:

4 Hako Hot Dog

4 hot dog buns

1 cup carrots cut into ribbons

1 cup cucumbers cut into ribbons

1 small red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup chopped parsley

2 spring onions, chopped

½ cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup mayonnaise or spicy mayo

Lime wedges for serving

LET'S COOK!

Step 1

Grill or pan-sear Hako hot dogs until lightly charred.

Step 2

Quick-pickle carrots, cucumbers and red onion in vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Step 3

Slice buns and lightly warm on grill, then spread with mayo or spicy sauce.

Step 4

Add hot dog, pickled vegetables, chopped parsley, and green onions.

Step 5

Serve warm with optional lime wedge.
