HAKO SUPER SALÇIÇE & CREAMY POLENTA

Ingredients:

1 pack Hako Super Salçiçe

1 small red onion, chopped

1 tablespoon of olive oil

½ cup red wine

1 cup polenta

2½ cups milk

2 tablespoons of butter

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1

Sauté the onion in olive oil, add Hako Super Salçiçe slices, and cook until browned.

Step 2

Deglaze with red wine and simmer until reduced.

Step 3

In a separate pot, pour in the milk and gradually add the polenta, stirring continuously.

Step 4

Continue stirring until it thickens (add more milk if needed), season with salt and pepper, then stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese.

Step 4

Serve the Hako Super Salçiçe with onions over the creamy polenta and garnish with a bit of fresh thyme.
