PIADINA WITH HAKO CHICKEN PROSCIUTTO

Ingredients:

1 pack Hako Chicken Prosciutto, sliced

2 tortillas or soft flatbreads

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

½ cucumber, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon vinegar

Pinch of salt

4 tablespoons cream cheese

1 handful arugula

2 tablespoons pistachio sauce (optional)

Total Time: 30 minutes

LET'S COOK!

Step 1

Thinly slice red onion and cucumber and marinate in salt and vinegar.

Step 2

Warm tortilla or soft flatbreads in a pan or on a grill.

Step 3

Spread cream cheese on to the tortilla.

Step 4

Add a handful of arugula, lightly pickled vegetables and top with pistachio sauce.

Step 5

Layer slices of Hako chicken Prosciutto on top.

Step 6

Fold and serve warm or toasted.
